Schedule Time

Let's make this easy...

The scheduler below will reserve your session time.

Please use either the Chrome or Firefox browsers when using this app.

If this is your first time using a scheduler like this:

  1. Pick the kind of session you want.

  2. Pick a day from the calendar. Each day has a drop-down menu of available times.  

  3. Fill in the form. Click the pink "pay now" button at the bottom.

  4. Fill in credit card info.

  5. Read the confirmation, and/or check your email for an email confirmation.  The confirmation will include a link to details.

Please note: 
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you fail to cancel or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice,
your credit card will be charged.
You will get a reminder email 48 prior to our meeting.  That email will also give you the option to cancel or reschedule.

FAQ's

Can I schedule appointments in advance?

You can schedule up to three months in advance.  If you want to schedule for weekly or every-other week, select Recurring in the drop-down menu when you select an appointment time. 

Do I pay in advance?

The scheduler will require your credit card info. Your email confirmation will include a button at the bottom which says "cancel or reschedule."  You can use that at any time.  If you need to cancel without rescheduling, your card will be credited for the amount.

So... will you have my credit card information?

The scheduler will require your credit card info. This information is sent via encryption to the credit card processing service, Square. I do not have access to your credit card information.

What if I have to cancel?

You will get a reminder via email (and text if you opt for both) 48 hours ahead of our appointment. That reminder includes a button that says "cancel or reschedule."  You can cancel or reschedule a private session as little as 24 hours before our appointment. Any cancellations received 24 hours (or less) prior to your appointment will be charged in full.

Does this apply to group and/or teacher training classes?

Classes have their own cancellation policies, depending on the class.  Those cancellations policies are indicated in the class confirmation information, as well as the agreement on the last page of the registration process.
