Your voice is an organ; a valve in your respiratory system. As such it relies on the systems of your body - your neurological, respiratory, vascular, endocrine, muscular, and skeletal systems - to be healthy and function well. If something is out of whack - or not optimally healthy - with any of the systems in your body, it will affect your vocal health and functioning as well.


Like anything else, it can’t function optimally if it’s not optimally healthy.
